UN inspectors in Syria

(Photo - AP)16 August 2013 - On Thursday, the Syrian government has agreed to the terms of the International Inspection of Chemical Weapons.

In the next few days UN inspectors will go to Syria, where for 14 days they will investigate the possible use of chemical weapons.

Moscow welcomes the agreement between Damascus and the United Nations to send a group of inspectors to Syria to investigate the possible use of chemical weapons in the country, told reporters on Friday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich.
